Tasman came 1st in the 5 year old Boys Duathalon last night. Wahoo Tas!!!

Flight Explore Time

We have started learning about things that fly this week. Charlotte followed instructions carefully and made a helicopter and straw rocket which flew well. Karys and Jadyen had a competition to see who could fly their rocket and helicopter the furthest. Anoushka was able to work out that her plane flew better depending on how she held it.

Piako Time!!

We are having some Explore Time today!! We are learning to work together, share ideas and problem solve. Here are some photos!!

Explore Vehicles - Day 3

Declin has made Batman's house and his Batmobile that drives from the roof of the house onto the road. Riley and Anushka are racing cars, they have worked out that the purple one is really fast and are now trying to see if they can compare it with other cars to see which is the very fastest!!

Vehicle Explore - Day 2

Emma has made a fabulous rocket using shapes, Jacob C and Jacob L both made amazing trucks with mobilo. Taika and Jack discovered the purple car was really fast. Ashton and Jesse made amazing vehicles on the iPads using a construction app. Great work kids!!!

Vehicle Explore Learning

We have had great fun on our first Explore day with Vehicles. Taika and Riley have made fantastic cars with mobilo and Tasman and Nathan have made a fabulous bridge and racetrack for the cars.
